After a development has been completed and handed over to the new owner, managing committee, or agent, it is prudent to have a Post Development Tree Appraisal undertaken. The appraisal and report can provide information on the trees on site, their condition, and best management, enabling the trees to thrive post development. However, if there are concerns as to the condition of trees, our consultants can explore what may had caused a decline in a tree’s condition as well as provide further advice. This appraisal can also provide a baseline assessment of the tree resource to aid with future planning.
